土曜日に、大阪で開催されたMacユーザーグループのイベント、AUGM大阪に参加してきました。取材ではなく、演奏者として。

　EVENNOブランドのiPhoneギターアプリトリニティの星川さんによるFingeristプレゼンの後、哀愁のヨーロッパを弾いて、そのあとに星川さんといっしょに上を向いて歩こう。まあ、完全なテクニックを見せるよりは楽しんでいるところをみてもらい、おもしろいと感じてもらうことが目的なので、多少のミストーンやトラブルは気にしない（笑）

　このイベントの、多数の写真を含む詳細なレポートは、フォーカルの恩田さんが既に公開されているので、そちらを参照してください。しかし、とても楽しいイベントでした。ベンダーもユーザーも一体となった雰囲気はやはりMacユーザーが培ってきたもので、すばらしいものだということを再体験しました。

　Palm Sound経由で得た情報。iPhoneをMIDIキーボード付きシンセにするiPK25の続報ですが、アプリの名前がSynthStationに決定したようです。

　3オシレーターのアナログシンセ、ドラムキット、シーケンサーが含まれており、プリセットのアルペジエイターなども利用可能。アプリ内にはソフトウェアキーボードもあるため、出先ではそちらを使ってアイデアを練り、それをハードウェアのMIDIキーボードで慣性させるといったことも可能。

　iPK25の名前は、SynthStation25という名前になったようですね。
