  • 中央:CDU(熱交換器とインバータポンプが収まるキャビネット)

Key visual elements arranged vertically and logically:

  1. Upper background: Outdoor closed-loop dry cooler on the roof dissipating heat to the outside air, connected by large facility water system (FWS) pipes.

  2. Center: An open-frame Coolant Distribution Unit (CDU) showing a gleaming stainless steel plate heat exchanger and dual redundant variable-frequency pumps.

  3. Foreground main focus: An ultra-dense 130kW AI server rack with its side panel removed. Inside the rack, show vertical stainless steel manifolds with multiple supply and return branches.

  4. Zoomed-in cutaway detail at the bottom: A pulled-out server blade showing blind-mate quick disconnect (UQD) couplings, braided EPDM rubber hoses, and a precision-milled copper cold plate clamped directly onto an AI processor, with visible microscopic liquid flow channels inside the copper.

Cool blue glowing arrows for inlet cold coolant (40°C), warm red/orange arrows for outlet return liquid (55°C). Medical-grade stainless steel pipes, zero-leak industrial connectors, photorealistic rendering, cinematic studio lighting, technical cross-section diagram style.

3. Gemini

A high-impact executive infographic contrasting traditional data center construction with modern Prefabricated Modular Data Center (PMDC) methods, aspect ratio 3:4, vertical orientation. Clean, minimalist architectural presentation style suitable for corporate boardrooms.

Top section (The 4 Bottlenecks): A modern conceptual diagram illustrating the four critical industry bottlenecks:

  1. Grid interconnection queues (transmission line congestion)

  2. Extreme transformer/switchgear supply delays (heavy electrical gears with calendar delays)

  3. Specialized liquid cooling component shortages (CDU & precision manifolds)

  4. Construction labor shortage and long lead times.

Bottom section (The Solution - Modular Construction vs Traditional): A side-by-side or top-and-bottom comparison:

  • On one side/panel: Traditional concrete build site, slow, chaotic, scaffolding, labeled "Traditional Build: 18-24 Months".

  • On the other side/panel: Advanced prefabricated modular power skids (integrated transformers, switchgear, and UPS on steel frames) and containerized high-density liquid-cooled compute modules being hoisted into place by cranes and cleanly snapped together like high-tech modular blocks, labeled "Prefabricated Modular (PMDC): 6-12 Months".

Crisp engineering blueprint accents, professional corporate palette (navy blue, technical orange, concrete gray, clean white), photorealistic lighting, sharp vector-like clarity and 3D architectural rendering.
