Night yogurt for a better quality of sleep

There is a web site that states that having yogurt an hour or two before going to bed makes the quality of your sleep much better. The rationality is that your intestines become more active with the delivery of right bacteria from yogurt, blood in your body concentrates there, your stomach warms up, and where as the blood in your brain reduces thus that you can rest well.

I thought this was a cool idea so I tried it myself. I felt my quality of sleep became somewhat better. However, I normally do not have any problems sleeping at night so I could not really tell the difference. Instead, I started to suggest this to people who had been having trouble sleeping. Their feedback was mostly great.

People liked the idea and many of them continue the habit. Another benefit is that it improves the functionality of intestines so bowel movements would be regular. The only problem might be the fat and calorie they get in nights. Poor quality of sleep is something everyone wants to avoid, so I recommend to try having yogurt at night since it is an easy and cheap experiment.
