vendor-led portals???????

»

"Leading international operator Vodafone has said that it is "not necessarily hostile" to the emergence of vendor-led portals such as Nokia's recently announced Ovi project."(telocoms.com)

The movement of potrals strategy which dreamed of monopolizing end-user ID will already be ended. Big monster like Google, Yahoo, My space, or whatever. Monsters're moving toward another world.

What facinate end-users??

Lesson learnd at iPhone's new legend is not a business model, but a cool design and user-interface, and proveded service itself. Aplle is genious in this area, remember the shock of first Macintosh.

I mean it doesnn't matter who provide portals, but what portals provide. So individually i'm expecting for what's new from portals.

vodafone said "no hostile", well , what Google would say??  Maybe...

Peace out,

Eric
