DOI(Declaration of Interdependence) ... ポスト Agile Manifesto とは？(^_^)

Better Software Magazine への、Alistair Cockburn の記事より。
Agile Manifesto(2001)につづいて、この考えをソフトウェア以外へも外延する宣言（Declaration of Interdepence 以下、DOI）が発表されている。以下、原文。
- We increse return on investment by making continuous flow of value our focus.
- We deliver reliable result by engaging customers in frequent interactions and shared owenership.
- We expect uncertainty and manage it through iterations, anticipation, and adaptation.
- We unleash creativity and innovation by recogizing that individuals are the ultimate source of value and creating an environment where they can make a difference.
- We boost performance through group accountability for results and shared responsibility for team effectiveness.
おそらく、日本語訳は初めてになるだろうから、ここに訳してみた。
- 私たちは、「継続的な価値フロー」を重視することによって、ROIを実現する。
- 私たちは、顧客と頻繁に対話し、オーナーシップをシェアすることで、信頼性のある結果をデリバーする。
- 私たちは、不確実性を受け入れ、それを、繰り返し（イテレーション）、予期、適応、によってマネジメントする。
- 私たちは、個人が最終的な価値の源泉であることを認識し、その個人が力を発揮できる環境をつくることによって、創造性と革新性を導く。
- 私たちは、結果責任をチーム全体で明確化すること、および、チーム効率の責任共有することによって、全体のパフォーマンスを大幅に上げる。
この内容は、まさにアジャイルの内容だし、もっと言うとトヨタ生産方式の考え方が色濃い。また、最後の２つは、人間系へのアプローチとして、特に納得感のあるものとなっている。
また、アジャイル宣言が、「こうじゃなくて、こうだ」という言い方をしていたのに対して、悪者を作っていない点も注目。
この宣言は、ソフトウェア開発方面から、Jim Highsmith, Alistair Cockburn, David Anderson, Sanjiv Augustine, Mike Cohn, Doug DeCarlo, Donna Fitzgerald, Ole Jepsen, Lowell Lindstrom, Todd Little, Kent McDonald, and Pollyanna Pixton が名を連ね、産業界、チームワーク研究からも、Preston Smith, Robert Wysocki, Chris Avery が参加。
