ソフトウェア開発における、Mind Mapping についてのpodcast

先日、電話でインタビューを受けたものが、podcast されました。

一つの自慢は、このインタビューシリーズの中に、Capers Jonesがいることです。skype での録音なんで、ちょっと聞きにくいものもあるかも。

interview with Kenji Hiranabe on using mind mapping in agile projects.  Mind Mapping is a powerful technique to order information and concentrate communication.  The interview with Mr. Hiranabe includes a large number of practical applications of the method to agile and plan based projects.

最初は、「要求」というものの特性について一般的な話がインタビューアからあります。11分後くらいからぼくのインタビューが入ります。最後に Change Vision の宣伝も。このインタビューは、恒例として、最後に、

もし明日朝起きて、IT業界を２つ変えられるとしたら、何を変える？

という質問がある（突拍子もない答えが求められる）。ぼくは、

• 大規模プロジェクトを禁止する。
• ITのアウトソースを禁止する。

としました。「少人数で契約を跨がずゴールを共有する」、開発がベストだ。商習慣が問題なら法律でもなんでも禁止してしまったらどうかな。
