APMの価値

アジャイルプロジェクトマネジメント（APM)の、「価値」について。

アジャイル宣言(http://agilemanifesto.org)、の４つの価値をもってきています。

• Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
• Working software over comprehensive documentation
• Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
• Responding to change over following a plan

二つ目の、Working Software を、Working Product(動く製品)と言い換えたものが、APMの４つの価値です。アジャイルプロジェクトマネジメントは、ソフトウェア開発のプロジェクトには特化しておらず、「製品開発」をアジャイルに行う、という文脈です。
