メールをケータイ（Gmail）でチェックしてたら、タイトル一覧に『Apologies from Bing』と。
遂にキターーーッ ただ Apologies で始まってて、
きっと「遅くなってすみません」だよな～
でもな～っ・・・
いやっ、もしやの個人情報漏洩の疑惑。。。
恐る恐る本文を見る、、、

In the excitement to get the news of The Bing and Ping Preview launching to all of you we accidently placed your email addresses in the "To:" line. We apologize as we know your contact information is private and we would never intentionally share this information with anyone. We are investigating how this happened and will take steps necessary to help ensure this does not happen again.

Welcome to the Bing & Ping preview program.
Thanks for providing us with your LiveID and all of the initial feedback on the Bing & Ping concept. Bing and Ping is the easy, new way to share results with your friends to help you make better decisions on the important things in life.
To get started, here's how to check out the Facebook and Twitter features.
1. Go to Bing with your location and language set to US-English (the Preview is only available in this market currently). 2. Sign in using the Windows Live ID you provided us by clicking on the "Sign In" link in the upper right corner of the page. (You access the Bing & Ping preview only if you are signed-in into Bing)
3. Start searching!
4. You'll see the new sharing functionality we're exploring when you search for things like movie times, NFL teams and flight status (for the latter, use your airline and flight number).
Not quite sure where to start? Here are some Answer ideas to get you quickly started on Bing & Ping.
* Share the latest movie times with your friends:

5. Bing's Answer result will give you the option to click on a Facebook, Twitter or e-mail logo and share the information with your friends.
Note: The first time you choose to share using Facebook, you will be prompted to log into Facebook, if you aren't already, and asked to allow the Bing & Ping Facebook application to post the message to your wall. After you've "allowed" the application, you won't ever have to do it again, and sharing results will be a cinch, taking as few as two clicks.
Remember, this is a special technical preview, where we are providing an early glance at a feature we think has great potential. You may run into some rough edges as you explore the feature. Once you've kicked the tires a bit, please let us know how the sharing features work for you. Do you love it? Hate it? Found a bug? What would you change?

ふーっ。
カウントしたら、なんと １４６４件 のメールアドレス漏洩です。
日頃使っていないWindows Live IDだったので、まぁ、良いのですが、Bing & Pingを使うモチベーションが、ぐっと下がったできごとでした。
→ 検索したら、メインのアドレスが、まんまと入ってました・・・
思い出しました。
スグに、案内メールが来なかったのであれやこれやと登録していたので、複数のアドレスが1464件の中に含まれていたわけです。。。
あーっ、がっくり。

さっそく、漏洩した全員らしきアドレスを含むスパムメールがやってきました。
まったく、困ったものです。
