モニート

11歳の子どもだけを対象にしたCISVという国際キャンプがあります。なぜ11歳限定なのかはHPをお読みいただくとして、世界中の11歳が集まって4週間を過ごすというキャンプを、もう50年以上続けています。

そこの資料で紹介されていた「モニート」というアクティビティにハッとしました。これは大人にも使えそうですので、以下に意訳します。

Secret Friends/ Monitos
Every participant in the Village is given a piece of paper on which the name of another participant is written. That person becomes a monito, someone for whom you are expected to secretly do nice things for a period of time. At the activity's conclusion the monito/ secret friend is revealed through a song.
"Village Guide (GUIDE-V)"

各人に一枚、他の誰かの名前を書いた紙が渡される。その人が、あなたのモニート（秘密の友だち）だ。期間中、モニートが喜ぶことをしてあげよう。ただし、それをしたのがあなただと知られてはいけない！モニートが誰だったかは、期間の最後に明らかになる。

ちょっと子供じみていると感じるかもしれませんが、職場でもやってみたら楽しいに違いない。
